Tue 21 Oct 2014 16:00 - 16:30 at Salon A - Design Issues in Drag-and-Drop Languages
We present yaPOSH – a visual tool for design of character behaviors in videogames. yaPOSH allows for separation of the behavior design from the actual behavior implementation. Students report that the tool helped them to separate their thoughts and development efforts between the design and implementation. Additionally we show that implementation details of the yaPOSH tool had positive impact on the effectiveness of learning.
